By accessing or using the services provided by [Your Business Name], you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We offer:
A free US shipping address
Freight forwarding and air shipping from the US to Jamaica
Islandwide delivery
Package consolidation
“Buy for Me” purchasing service
Tracking support and customer service
You are responsible for ensuring your name and customer ID are included on all shipments to our US address. Packages that arrive without this information may be delayed or returned.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, missing, or incomplete shipping details.
Once received at our US warehouse, packages are processed and shipped to Jamaica within 3–5 business days. However, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier disruptions. YaadPost Logistics is not liable for such delays.
We do our best to handle packages with care, but YaadPost Logistics is not responsible for:
Items damaged during shipping by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL)
Items that arrive defective or broken from the seller
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
Inaccurate or misleading product listings from online sellers
Packages with no tracking information provided by the customer
We strongly advise customers to insure high-value packages and notify us immediately of any concerns.
Customers must not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items, including:
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives or flammable materials
Perishable food
Narcotics or controlled substances
Counterfeit goods
If any prohibited item is received, it may be reported, disposed of, or returned at your expense.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by Jamaican Customs. We will assist with the clearance process, but we do not cover or absorb these fees.
Failure to pay applicable duties may result in delays or package seizure.
We charge a flat shipping rate per pound
A processing fee per shipment applies
Delivery and customs clearance fees are charged separately, where applicable
Full payment must be made before a package is released for pickup or delivery.
For customers who choose our “Buy for Me” service:
You must send a direct link to the item(s)
Once we confirm the cost and receive payment, we’ll place the order on your behalf
This service is non-refundable once the order is placed
We are not responsible for items out of stock, shipping delays from the seller, or defective products
Packages not claimed within 30 days of arrival in Jamaica may incur a storage fee. After 60 days, packages may be considered abandoned and disposed of.
All shipping fees, processing charges, and “Buy for Me” payments are non-refundable. We do not offer returns once an order is processed and shipped.
YaadPost Logistics is not liable for:
Damage caused during transit by third-party couriers
Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or strikes
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Items lost or damaged by sellers or warehouse errors
We do not guarantee delivery timelines and are not responsible for consequential losses (e.g., missed events, business delays).
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
